1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Products are damaged during transit, or
  • Incorrect products are delivered, or
  • Products have manufacturing defects

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof such as photos/videos must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or printed products
  • Bulk orders produced as per customer specifications
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling
  • Minor variations in size, color, or finish due to manufacturing processes

Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Returns will be processed only after approval from our team
  • We may arrange pickup or request you to ship the product back
  • Return shipping instructions will be shared upon approval

5. Rejection of Return Requests

We reserve the right to reject return requests if:

  • The request is made after 48 hours
  • Insufficient proof is provided
  • The product has been used or altered
