6. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Certain products, especially customized or printed items, are subject to Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements
  • MOQ varies depending on product type, size, and customization
  • Orders below MOQ may not be accepted or may incur additional charges

7. Bulk Orders

  • Bulk pricing is applicable based on order volume
  • Once a bulk order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled without prior approval
  • Production timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation
  • Delays due to raw material shortages, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances may occur

8. Custom Printing & Branding

For customized products:

  • Customers must provide accurate artwork, designs, and specifications
  • A digital proof/mockup may be shared for approval before production
  • Production begins only after final approval from the customer

Important:

  • We are not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling, design issues, colors) once artwork is approved
  • Slight variations in color, print alignment, or finish may occur due to printing processes
  • These variations are considered acceptable and not defects

9. Intellectual Property for Custom Designs

  • Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use submitted designs, logos, and trademarks
  • We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided content

10. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or formal agreement
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to:
    • Incorrect pricing
    • Product unavailability
    • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Custom and bulk orders are non-cancellable once production has started

11. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via third-party logistics partners
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

12. Inspection & Claims

  • Customers must inspect goods at the time of delivery
