1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Return request has been approved as per our Return Policy
  • Product is confirmed as:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Incorrectly delivered

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customized or printed orders (unless defective)
  • Bulk orders once production has started
  • Minor variations in:
    • Color
    • Print alignment
    • Finish
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (PhonePe or source account)

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank

5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • If only part of the order is defective
  • If products are returned in partially damaged condition

6. Cancellation Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund
  • Custom or bulk production orders are non-refundable once production begins
