  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location, order size, and product type
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared once the order is confirmed
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted third-party logistics providers for deliveries across India and internationally.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on:
    • Order quantity
    • Delivery location
    • Product type and weight
  • Shipping costs will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation

5. Bulk or Custom Orders

  • Bulk or Custom orders may be shipped in multiple consignments.
  • For custom items, estimated production timelines will be communicated in advance before placing the order. It can vary depending on the product type & customisation.
  • Delivery timelines for bulk or custom orders may vary based on production schedules
  • Special logistics arrangements may be required for high-volume shipments

6. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping subject to feasibility
  • Additional charges such as:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • Local handling fees

are the responsibility of the customer


7. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Logistics partners
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Government restrictions or regulatory issues
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

8. Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched
  • Customers are responsible for tracking shipments and coordinating delivery, if required

9. Delivery Attempts

  • Our logistics partners may attempt delivery multiple times
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailability

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery


10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery
  • If the logistic partner delivers short material or boxes, the customer should mention the same on the docket copy, or they can reject the delivery and communicate immediately with our salesperson
  • Any product damage must be reported within 48 hours after delivery as per our Return Policy

We are not responsible for claims raised after this period.


11. Change of Shipping Address

  • Requests for address changes must be made before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to modify delivery details
